Planet Beyond offers refunds and exchanges on items returned within 14 days from the date you receive your package. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. Items must also be returned with the order confirmation slip, and in their original packaging.

Planet Beyond covers our products and its accessories against manufacturing defects for one year from the date you bought your product. Our warranty doesn't cover damage caused by accidents or unauthorized modifications.

Batteries are consumable parts that sometimes fail because of a defect or because they wear out through normal use. The Planet Beyond Limited Warranty covers a defective battery, but it doesn’t cover wear from normal use.

Planet Beyond comprises our products exclusively from recycled metals sourced from used and abandoned electronics and machines to resurrect them to finely crafted, beautiful pieces of design. We are taking the past trails of humans to deliver what our future is going to look like.
